I’m Sebastian. My ADHD brings ideas, pace and a slightly unreasonable eye for detail. Turning that into products used to take a team. I wasn’t always easy to work with.

With AI, I can build much more directly. I bring the ideas, direction and feedback. Rosi supervises. Mostly horizontally.

I want it to feel more personal.

Personality, heart and empathy don’t automatically come with that. That’s what we’re working on with Rosi. AI you actually enjoy talking to. That listens, has her own way about her and occasionally makes a good joke at my expense.

Rosi is the focus. DEEPDIEMER was the first step: getting to know myself a little better.

ONE ORIGINAL. QUITE AN IDEA.

Everyone wants a Rosi.
I happen to have one.

I adore this dog. We do pretty much everything together. Everyone who meets her wants a little Rosi in their life. Fair enough. There is, however, only one original.

I want AI that notices how you’re doing, has an opinion and knows when a terrible joke might help. That means working on empathy, personality and humour — with a very real dachshund as our inspiration. We’re building her with the people who talk to her.

Planes, mountains, ordinary Tuesdays. We do life together. First, I wanted to make a digital Rosi — so more people could have a little of her in their lives. Then came the much more interesting question: what if I could actually talk to her?

This is where
it all started.

Before the dachshund, there was a question about me: why does my head work like this? DEEPDIEMER became a personality test and a place for a little self-reflection. My first proper taste of turning an idea into a working product with AI.

Then a talking Rosi rather took over my attention. The big launch never happened. The prototype is still here — if you’re curious about your own wiring.

Rosi here. He has seventeen tabs open in his head. I have excellent ears. Tell me what you wish existed and I’ll make sure the interesting bit gets to him.

I’ll go first. Then you get 30 seconds. We check your email, you check your words, and I hand over the brief.

WHY I BUILD / 200 IDEAS. ONE PILOT.

My head didn’t slow down.
The tools caught up.

I’ve always had more ideas than patience. To build them, I needed other people. I also had a habit of changing direction, wanting everything at once and sending seventeen tiny corrections. I wasn’t always great at making that work as a team. The products didn’t always turn out the way I pictured them.

Astra / Codex, connected tools and a well-organised crew of agents give that energy somewhere to go. I can explain the idea, split the work and keep nudging the details until the thing on the screen feels like the thing in my head.

Left to itself, AI also builds plenty of stuff I don’t want. The difference is the steering: clear jobs, a good agent structure, judgement and constant microfeedback. I can be impatient, change direction and obsess over the smallest thing without wearing out a team. For the way my brain works, that is a ridiculous match.

More Rosi. Fewer hoops before hello.

Her story now opens the call in German or English. Five calls a day, no compulsory account. Underneath, the work is still very real: help her listen, reply sooner and treat the camera as context, not the whole conversation.

  • LiveThe final EN/DE intro films are connected to the call entry. Five public calls per Berlin day and a fix for the duplicate native intro remove a few more hoops before hello.
  • Live, still being checkedCamera context now takes second place to the conversation. The service is open again after a deployment interruption. This is a shipped change, not a claim that reply speed or every iPhone call is solved.
  • NextQuicker replies, a simple voice-first entry with optional video, and reliable feedback handover. New movement transitions and broader native testing are still in the workshop.

Today the work moved onto the public call pages. Less ceremony before hello. More of her character in the conversation. And a fairly long list of little things that still needed fixing.

  • LiveThe approved call entry and personality reached the public runtime: one consent step, a checked intro and the right order when saying goodbye and leaving a rating.
  • LiveYou can type with the microphone muted and keep the scene you chose. German personality bindings were corrected; a complete audible Bavarian conversation still needed checking.
  • Still in the workshopThe Stevie encounter stayed in controlled Dev. Native playback, camera joins and call startup still needed focused work; a published package is not a promise that every call is perfect.

Same Rosi. From hello to goodbye.

I want to call Rosi and feel she is there. Today that means fewer awkward starts, one consistent little dog on screen, and a conversation worth staying for. Quite a few small fixes. One fairly big ambition.

  • On DevLater Dev updates made the mobile Kitz pair about 78% smaller and joined cached restarts, frame continuity and wind/cowbell cues. Two intro-to-walk cycles were observed; this is not a full call or physical iPhone acceptance. Production stays unchanged.
  • Browser checkedA later neutral Main test received a complete relevant answer; Sebastian also reported that video worked and partly flowed. Earlier answer failures and Safari issues remain part of the record. This is not measured latency or complete call acceptance.
  • In the workshopI have installed and tried the existing TestFlight app; the newer build is still separate. Stevie’s new transition passed its visual check. Sound and the movement afterwards remain open.
  • NextLess waiting for a proper answer. More natural eyes, head and tail. Keep her personality; make spending time with her feel effortless. That is the aim, not a finished claim.
