Visiting this website

The hosting service processes connection information, such as IP address, time and requested files, to deliver and protect the website. This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Images, films and narrator audio load directly from this website. A necessary session is created only when you open the ideas inbox.

Your voice pitch

Recording starts only after you click and grant microphone access. Initially, the audio stays in your browser’s memory. Listen back, replace it, or close the dialog to discard it. No more than 30 seconds are processed.

Before uploading, you agree to the processing and verify your email with a code. The recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription. We then delete the temporary audio file from our server, including on processing failures. You can correct the recognised text before submitting. We do not store the full transcript in our database.

After your approval, OpenAI prepares a summary, category, provisional project-relevance and clarity assessments, suggestions, and a reusable learning. These assessments concern the content, not you as a person. They do not automatically accept or reject a project. Sebastian makes the decision.

We store the summary and your contact details encrypted with a 90-day active retention period and email them to Sebastian. An optional phone number is unverified. Subsequent retention of that email depends on handling your request and any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Abuse prevention and retention

Verification codes last 10 minutes; sessions last no more than one hour. Rate limits use protected server-side digests rather than storing plain IP addresses; counters expire after two days. A protected digest of your verified email prevents repeat pitches for up to twelve months. This is a limit per email address, not reliable identification of an individual person.

Maintenance runs on website visits, at most once per 15 minutes. Expired records are deleted during the next maintenance run; without further visits they may remain encrypted on the server until then. Expired requests are no longer eligible for email delivery.

OpenAI and other recipients

OpenAI processes the recording and text as the AI service provider. We disable storage of the generated Responses API result. This does not mean all data at OpenAI is immediately deleted: security logs and retention depend on the applicable contractual and account settings, and international processing may occur. Hosting and email delivery also involve technical service providers. Playing the prerecorded AI narrator voices or film scenes does not contact the services that generated them.

Basis and your rights

The optional AI processing is based on your consent. Handling a specific project request may also help prepare a potential collaboration. Necessary security measures protect the service against abuse. You may withdraw consent for future processing and request access, correction or deletion; rights to restriction, objection and portability apply where the legal conditions are met. Contact the address above, ideally with your receipt reference. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
